When are you releasing Ruthie's book? Why is it taking so long?
Let's address the most frequently asked question first. I began working on this story back in early 2018 and had made significant progress before hitting a roadblock that left me feeling disheartened. There were a few reasons for this, but the main one was the immense pressure I put on myself when it comes to this particular story. It became overwhelming and even debilitating at times.
Ruthie holds a special place in my heart, and her story has the potential to be even more impactful than her family's stories in "Resisting Temptation" and "An Act of Courage." These two books had a profound effect on me as a person. Trying to follow up on such powerful works made me doubt every word and scene I wrote. This struggle not only hindered progress on her book, but also prevented me from exploring other stories that could have brought joy to all of us.
So, when will "An Act of Love" be released? The honest answer is: I don't know, but I am not giving up. I will try again this year and hopefully get it this time. If not, I move on and try again later. Ruthie deserves to have her story told, but only if every word does justice to her journey and the entire series as a whole. I am determined not to give anything less than my best because we all deserve that—especially those who have patiently waited for what feels like an eternity.

What does this mean for the Next Generation Series?
If you are a follower of my beloved Men of Honor series, then you know that I have big plans for their children's stories. Due to timelines, my goal is to complete the Acts of Honor Series and the Sweet Series before delving into this one. However, if I continue to face obstacles with Ruthie's story, I may reconsider this decision because, quite frankly, I’m tired of waiting. Not a day goes by where I don’t think about these characters and their stories. They reside deep within my soul.
This is my most anticipated series , not only by readers but also myself, and yet strangely enough, I feel no pressure; only excitement. I know, without a doubt, the day I begin writing the first book in the Next Generation will be the best day of my writing career. What book are you releasing next?
My plan is to release the first book in my brand new series, My Best Friend’s Plan, in early 2024. This story/series has brought back my love of writing and I can’t wait to share it with you all. If you read Christmas Kisses and Mountain Wishes in the Lights, Snow and mistletoe anthology, then you already got a sneak peek into this series.
What will come after this release? I am not sure and I won’t know until the time comes. I am slowly starting to learn that I am a mood writer, and I’m in my era of wanting to write whatever I am feeling at the moment. Doing this will get readers new stories much quicker and keep me releasing consistently, which is my #1 goal for 2024.
That said, I am feeling the need for some intense emotion and suspense. Will that be Ruthie’s story or Knox? Time will tell, but I promise to update you the moment I make the decision. When do you plan to release Knox, the final book in the Creed Brothers series?
I don’t have an exact release date at this time. Crafting this story will require a significant amount of time and emotion, which means I need to be in the right headspace for it. I admit, I am nervous about diving into his story. It’s going to be emotionally challenging and heart-wrenching, but necessary for him to ultimately find his well-deserved happily ever after."
What happened to the Men of Courage Series? Are there any plans to release more books in this series?
The short answer is yes, there will be two more books released in this series. However, I cannot provide an exact release date at this time. When I published Ultimate Sacrifice back in 2018, my intention was to write the remaining two stories within a year. This was especially important because I left the suspense in the storyline open, which is something I never do. Unfortunately, the release did not go as well as I hoped and it was not received as positively by my readers compared to most of my other books.
As a result, I made the decision to put the Men of Courage Series aside temporarily. However, I am committed to completing this series one day. I’m excited for Cam's book. His storyline is my favorite.
Where can I purchase your books?
As of right now, you can purchase all my e-books through Amazon or Kindle unlimited.
Will your books ever be sold on other retailers again?
Yes, I just don’t know when. In light of financial difficulties faced by many individuals, subscription services have become more popular and affordable. This is why I have chosen to make my books available through Kindle Unlimited. I wish I could offer them on all platforms in addition to KU, but unfortunately this violates Amazon's Terms of Service. Nevertheless, you don't need to subscribe to Kindle Unlimited to read my books. You can download the free Kindle app and purchase the books there. I will strive to offer pre-orders for new releases on the other platforms if I am able to.
Do you sell signed paperbacks?
Not at this time, but it is in the plan for 2024, so stay tuned. :)
